How it works:

 

1. Contact us to make an appointment to view our trees. In some circumstances we may be able to take a photo and send it to you.

 

2. Pay for your tree via bank transfer or cash on delivery.

3. We'll contact you to make delivery arrangements.

​

4. After Christmas, we will contact you to arrange collection. Once we’ve collected the tree and confirmed it’s in a healthy condition (please read our  Tree Care Guide section) we’ll refund your security deposit.

5. If you're happy with our service, you can reserve a tree for rental the following year. You can even have the same tree each year if you wish.
